National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) are prestigious, government-backed courses designed to develop leadership skills in education professionals. Whether you're an aspiring middle leader or an experienced headteacher, NPQs offer focused training tailored to your career stage.

Studying an NPQ enhances your ability to lead with impact, drive school improvement, and support staff development - making you a more effective, confident leader. With flexible, expert-led learning and real-world application, NPQs are a valuable investment in your professional growth. Show your commitment to excellence in education and take the next step in your leadership journey with a nationally recognised qualification that employers respect.

We are delighted to be working as a delivery partner for Ambition Institute for the Early Career Framework and the National Professional Qualifications. School Self-Funding for NPQs

We currently have school/applicant self-funded places available for NPQs on the following:

  • NPQH
  • NPQSENCO
  • NPQEYL
  • NPQSL
  • NPQLT
  • NPQBC
  • NPQLPM

Funded scholarship places are only available to the 50% of schools with the highest proportion of pupil premium funding. If this does not include you or your school, schools can self-fund NPQs. Once all our allocated funded places are gone, we might also be able to offer further places to schools if they can self-fund.
