Mike Cladingbowl

Mike began teaching in 1987 and was headteacher of a successful secondary school in Cheshire before being appointed as one of Her Majesty’s Inspectors in 2002. Before leaving Ofsted in late 2014, he was National Director, Schools and led a ground-breaking national programme of inspection reform. Mike joined Knutsford Academy as Executive Principal in early 2015. He is married with two children, who are at secondary school.
