We are delighted to announce that Streethay Primary School has received an outstanding Ofsted report, highlighting the exceptional experiences and progress of the pupils within the school.

Streethay Primary School, in Lichfield, was opened as a brand-new school in June 2019 to serve the Streethay community. The school has since developed from only 14 pupils to the vibrant, thriving community of 235 pupils that it is today.

The Ofsted report commends the school's commitment to providing every pupil with the best possible start to their education, and noted that the children take pride in their learning. The provision for pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) is also praised, stating that they are supported to excel.

The schools culture is also celebrated “Pupils behaviour is impeccable. The school’s values and character traits underpin all of its work… As a result, there is a highly harmonious environment.”

In response to the Ofsted report, Headteacher, Stuart Taylor, has said “I am so very proud to lead the Streethay community, we have worked exceptionally hard to create a truly special place for children to learn and grow where they are safe, nurtured and inspired to achieve their very best.”
